Ex-Works To Transport LRMC Cargoes

Logistics specialist Ex-Works Cargo Services is to provide breakbulk transport services for the Light Rail Manila Corp. expansion project in the Philippines.

The firm was selected as freight forwarder and customs broker for the project which is set to begin construction of a new extension from Baclaran to Cavite in the middle of 2018.

"The international transportation of large, heavy, high value or critical train wagons, parts and other equipment from Germany, France, Austria, the UK, Belgium, Australia, China, Japan and the USA is not so easy! But we made sure we had all details covered and created a tailor-made solution,” said Rodrigo Villanueva Jr., Ex-Works managing director.

Ex-Works is a member of the Cargo Connections network, a UK-based forwarding association with membership limited to three firms in each country.
