Megalift Delivers Pengerang Components

Logistics group Megalift Malaysia has transported a cargo of breakbulk equipment for a new isononanol plant in the Southern Malaysian state of Johor.

The cargo was delivered as part of construction of the Pengerang Integrated Complex, with Megalift contracted to provide ongoing breakbulk logistics ahead of the plant’s launch in the second half of 2019.

During the first shipment last month, there were a total of 47 cargo pieces, two of which were out-of-guage … the first unit weighing 44.15 tonnes and the second weighing 67 tonnes,” a spokesperson for Megalift said.

Based in Selangor, Malaysia, Megalift is a member of the Project Cargo Netowrk, which connects heavy-lift freight forwarders  in more than 100 countries worldwide.
