Titan Moves Adriatic Components

Freight forwarder Titan Project & Logistics has transported several breakbulk industrial components from the Far East to Italy.

The outsized flats were unloaded from cargo vessel at an Adriatic port and moved by road to the client’s site inland in Italy. The firm is a member of the Project Logistics Alliance, which connects prequalified project freight forwarding specialists worldwide.

Fellow PLA representative Turk Logistics & Heavy Transport also recently shipped three surface miner units, weighing 110 tonnes each, from Bahrain to Conakry, New Guinea.

“The Turk Team successfully performed the full scope of work including loading of cargo onto hydraulic low-beds, precarriage, handling, documentation, customs clearance, port operations and sea freight from Khalifa Bin Salman port to Conakry Port, New Guinea,” a spokesperson for PLA said.
