Senior Economist (Professor Level), with over 30 years of deep involvement in the port industry, long engaged in port operations and corporate management, and possessing extensive experience in bulk cargo port operations and port logistics. During his tenure as Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhenjiang Port Group, he successfully facilitated the implementation and operation of the Simandou iron ore terminal project in Guinea. Currently serving as Party Secretary and Chairman of Jiangsu Suzhou Port Group, he is leading Suzhou Port Group to focus on the sea-to-river transport of bulk cargo and the river-to-sea transport of special cargo types, advancing the construction of a modern river-sea intermodal hub port.
