Rebook Procedure

You will have until 5th February 2026 at 5:00 pm, to confirm if you wish to remain in the same location or select your Option B and secure the onsite rate. If you already know that you wish to stay in the same location, we recommend that you visit the Breakbulk Sales Lounge at Booth G70 to secure your Stand or sign when a Sales Team member stops by your Stand. 

No problem, you just need to indicate on your contract Option B and list your preferred locations. At this stage we cannot guarantee your preferred new option, however, we will do our best to find you a stand that best suits your needs and will confirm during the cooling-off period. 

The Breakbulk Sales Team is on hand to help you every step of the way. A member of the Breakbulk Sales Team will also visit you at your stand to run through pricing and what you want to achieve in 2026/27. The Breakbulk Sales Stand is located at Booth G70 and we invite you to join us for a chat anytime. 

Yes, there is a cooling off period from Option A and B. You will have 28 days from the event to cancel the contract with no penalty or obligation. The deadline is Thursday, 5th March 2026. 

Each exhibitor will be visited by a member of the Breakbulk Sales Team to discuss rebook options for 2027. If you wish to retain your current location, you must return a signed contract to a member of the Breakbulk Sales Team by 5:00 pm on Thursday, 5th February. Your location will become available to others after this time if you do not rebook during the open hours of the event.
