Project Logistics Manager Fluor
Snehal Khedkar is a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI, University of Mumbai and completed her Petroleum management studies from School of Petroleum, PDPU, Gandhinagar. She has been working in the Logistics industry for 15+ years and currently holds a position as Project Logistics Manager at Fluor Corporation, India as a part of their Logistics Competency Centre.
At Fluor, She is accountable for global Project Evaluation, Execution, RFQ preparation and estimation, vendor registration and contract finalization maintaining overall profitability of the project with strategic cost saving solutions. Snehal has worked on Mining project “Spence” having project site in Chile as Offshore Lead single handedly from India team and Managed the LNG, Canada project for India Operating Centre. Snehal has been integral part of 14 proposals so far including Balikapan, BLADE, HPCL Vizag. Snehal is also working on various corporate initiatives like project procedure reforms, data analytics, Tracking software upgrade, Supplier Pre-Qualification. She is Program manager for “Logistics Supplier Pre-Qualification Program” and “Global Project snapshot savings and reporting”.
Previous to Fluor, She has an rich experience of 8 years in core logistics and shipping companies. She has worked in different verticals of Project Logistics companies like Aprile (freight forwarding), Sarjak (ODC container specialist), Jumbo shipping (Heavy lift shipping company) and Lift & Shift (Road/ Barge transport specialized in Hydraulic, SPMT trailer). She is one of the Highly Skilled female logistics professionals with expertise in ODC cargo, Heavy engineering equipment and modular transport with competency in technical as well as commercial aspects of the project.
