Women in Breakbulk: Asia Edition

A Regional Spotlight on Women in Project Cargo
Asia’s energy and infrastructure sectors are rapidly expanding, with major projects in oil and gas, renewables, critical minerals and infrastructure development. Women are already playing key roles, but too often behind the scenes. The Women in Breakbulk programme is here to change that.
At Breakbulk events in Houston, Rotterdam and Dubai, we’ve seen how powerful it is when women come together to share knowledge, build networks and support one another’s growth. Now it’s time for women working in Asia to step into the spotlight. This edition of the programme is focused on supporting and recognizing the women shaping project development, financing and delivery across the region.
Why join the programme?
Support. Community. Opportunity. The Women in Breakbulk programme offers an ongoing network dedicated to connection and career development.
Meet women working in your sector and exchange insights and experiences.
Connect with professionals who bring knowledge in your area or a related field that interests you.
Join a community focused on advancing women in an industry still dominated by men, one that recognizes your contributions and supports your goals.
Take part in networking activities designed for women where they feel supported and recognized
For women who lead businesses, the new Networking & Business Hub offers a chance to build visibility, explore partnerships and grow your network within the project cargo space.

“So many women told me they were tired of being the only woman in the room and I wanted to change that. One of the best things I heard after Breakbulk Europe was, ‘People always say they want your ideas, but Leslie really does—and she brings them to life.’ That’s exactly what I will keep doing.”
