Women in Breakbulk: Asia Edition
Finding the Spark for Success
This is your invitation to meet women from around the world who know what it takes to work in project cargo. Some may become business partners. Some may become mentors. Some may become friends.
They understand the work, the travel, the long project timelines and the pressure to get it right. Many also know what it feels like to be the only woman in the room. At Women in Breakbulk Asia, you’ll be in good company.
Come for smart conversation, useful introductions and the kind of shared experience that makes a big event feel more personal.
Asia’s energy projects will be part of the conversation because women are already helping deliver the work behind them. Women in Breakbulk Asia is also about the people you meet, the ideas you take away and the connections that continue after Singapore.

Keynote: Building the Conditions for Faster Decision Making
For women in breakbulk and project logistics, speed comes from building the conditions that help the right people make clear decisions together.
Most of that work happens long before the decision point. It starts with earning trust, asking better questions, sharing information early and making sure the people who need to weigh in are already part of the conversation.
This keynote will show how women can create the trust, clarity and shared understanding that help teams make better decisions faster, especially when the pressure is high and the timeline is tight.
Industry Panel: Energy Projects and the New Rules of Delivery
Energy projects across Asia are changing the way project cargo is planned, coordinated and delivered.
New technologies, new locations, larger project scopes and more complex stakeholder groups are putting fresh pressure on teams to adapt. This panel will look at what these changes mean for project delivery, from cargo planning and partner coordination to communication, risk and decision making. Panelists will also share the personal side of adapting to change with practical strategies that you can adapt.
Interactive Session: Collaboration in Action
This fast-paced role-playing activity uses scenario cards created for Women in Breakbulk Asia. Each card presents a real workplace situation tied to collaboration, decision making, communication or adapting to change. Participants will pair up and practice, taking turns in each set of roles.
Wellness Session: Find Your Spark!
Close the Power Breakfast with a short energizing session led by Women in Breakbulk’s wellness coach Lupita Almahauna. Then you’ll be on your way to the opening of Breakbulk Asia!
