MustMeet

Your guide to MustMeet at Breakbulk Asia 2026

MustMeet is available exclusively to participating exhibitors and shippers. It helps arrange relevant exhibitor-to-shipper meetings based on your profile, availability and meeting preferences.

1. Download the app and complete your profile

Download the official Breakbulk App here and log in with the email address associated with your event registration.

Select Edit Profile, check your details, add a profile photograph and write a clear headline explaining who you are and what you do. Include relevant information about your services or project requirements to help other participants understand why they should meet you.

2. Set your availability

Open Manage My Availability, mark any times you are unavailable and save your changes.

Check the time zone displayed and include any existing commitments to help avoid meeting clashes.

3. Submit your meeting preferences

Open Recommendations, review participant profiles and select:

  • Must Meet — for those you are most interested in meeting.
  • Meet — for those you would like to meet.
  • No Thanks — for those you do not wish to meet. This choice is anonymous and helps refine recommendations.

The more preferences you submit, the better the platform can tailor your meeting schedule. Your selections inform the matching process but do not guarantee a meeting.

4. Review your schedule once meetings are confirmed

Open My Schedule to view your confirmed meetings and check their times and locations. Subscribe to your schedule or select Sync to my calendar.

Please attend all confirmed meetings. If you are unable to attend, contact [email protected] so the team can help.

You cannot edit confirmed MustMeet meetings yourself.

5. Coordinate with colleagues through My Team — exhibitors only

Access My Team through a web browser to:

  • Review your team’s meetings and requests in one shared calendar.
  • View leads and contacts.
  • Respond to enquiries through Company Chat.
  • Manage your company profile and set up lead qualification questions.
  • Export your team’s meeting and contact information.

The first company representative becomes the My Team Admin. Admins can manage colleagues’ profiles and give other team members Admin access.

6. Export your information after the event — exhibitors only

In My Team, open Export and select:

  • Export Meetings to download your team’s accepted meetings.
  • Export Contacts to download your team’s qualified contacts.

Before exporting contacts, ask all team members to review their leads in the Leads tab. Only leads qualified through an accepted meeting or mutual interest and converted to contacts will appear in the export.

Your two-week preference window

You will have two weeks to submit your MustMeet preferences. Complete your profile, set your availability and submit your selections before 27 October 2026.

After this two-week window, the app will open to all event participants for general networking and event planning. MustMeet will remain a dedicated meeting programme for participating exhibitors and shippers.
