Adnan Rajput

CEO Logicsols

Adnan Rajput is a global supply chain and logistics executive with more than 25 years of experience across multiple verticals and modes of transportation. His career began across freight forwarding, courier services, fashion retail, and cargo aviation, before progressing into senior leadership roles at GE. 

At GE, Adnan led regional logistics and procurement organizations, managing teams and complex supply chains globally across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewables, and Services. He later joined Bechtel, where he held regional logistics leadership responsibilities supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure programs. 

In 2026, Adnan transitioned from logistics executive to technology entrepreneur as CEO of Logicsols, applying decades of frontline industry and leadership experience to the development of AI-powered logistics technology. 

Logicsols delivers the next generation of intelligent logistics operations for shippers, freight forwarders, breakbulk ship brokers and 4PLs. The platform brings together supply chain visibility, cost optimization, invoice intelligence, and operational execution across ocean, air, and land transportation, including trade compliance, breakbulk project cargo.

John Pittalis

Head of Marketing & Communications AAL Shipping

John Pittalis is Head of Marketing & Communications at AAL Shipping (AAL), a role he has held since joining the company in 2014. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

John also serves as Head of Marketing & Communications for Schoeller Holdings, an international group with ownership interests across the maritime, aviation, hospitality, and digital development sectors, of which AAL is a proud member.

Prior to joining AAL, John ran a strategic marketing agency, providing consultancy services to clients in ship management, financial services, and fast-moving consumer goods. He began his career at Shandwick in London, delivering press office and crisis communications consultancy to clients including a major UK ferry operator and a South of England port operator.

His published thesis on Recession Marketing led to guest lecturer invitations for both graduate and postgraduate university students in the UK and overseas.

Kohki Uemura

Kohki Uemura is the President & CEO of DENZAI, global leader in heavy lifting, transportation and construction services with innovative engineering solutions. 

He has overseen the growth of DENZAI, expanding the group to more than 1200+ employees and 40+ bases around the world. 

Koichi KAIZU

Subject Matter Expert JGC Corporation

I am primarily responsible for overseeing the operations, progress, resources, and budget related to the logistics execution of overseas energy plant construction EPC projects. Additionally, as a subject matter expert within the company, I support the execution of large-scale and complex logistics, including modularized projects at JGC Corporation.

Kumaresh Bala

Senior Trade Manager Asia Project Cargo

Kumaresh Bala is an accomplished logistics and transportation professional with over 12 years of expertise across the Asia-Pacific region. Since joining CMA CGM’s Project Cargo division in 2021, he has held key leadership roles, including Head of Pricing, driving commercial strategy and delivering optimized solutions for complex logistics projects.
 
Prior to CMA CGM, Kumaresh built a strong commercial foundation in steel and wind-farm fabrication, specializing in heavy-lift transportation, as well as in ship management operations.
 
He combines deep operational knowledge with strategic insight into freight markets, supply chain optimization, and project cargo execution. Kumaresh holds a Master of Science in Maritime Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
 
CMA CGM’s Project Cargo division handles oversized, heavy, and non-containerized shipments requiring specialized transport. Utilizing a dedicated team of engineers and project cargo managers, they provide bespoke solutions through the company’s network covering 420 ports with 250 service lines.

Miroslav Jakab

Miroslav Jakab has over 30 years of experience in various facets of logistics. 

Mr. Jakab has expertise in areas such as port operation, container transportation, breakbulk transportation, module logistics, and free issued material deliveries. 

His unique skill set is further enhanced by his deep knowledge of China logistics and extensive experience in EPC logistics.

He currently holds multiple roles, including China Fabrication Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Global Container Negotiation Director.

He is a named Fluor Fellow in logistics, which is a position bestowed on Subject matter experts within Fluor. 

Mr. Jakab is passionate about optimizing costs and schedules.

Namir Khanbabi

General Manager Swire Projects

Namir Khanbabi is the General Manager of Swire Projects, the heavy lift and project cargo shipping division of Swire Shipping, based in Singapore. He brings nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience across the multipurpose, heavy lift, and project cargo shipping sectors.

In his current role, Namir is responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and operational performance of Swire Projects, delivering tailored shipping solutions for complex global industrial projects.

Namir has held senior leadership roles with several leading project cargo shipping companies. Prior to Swire Shipping, he served as Director, Asia & Oceania at Zeamarine and Director at AAL Shipping, supporting global tramp and liner services across the breakbulk, heavy lift, and project cargo markets. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director at Beluga Projects.

Namir is passionate about the project cargo industry and is a strong advocate for innovation, technology, and more sustainable practices to support its long term progress.
