Adnan Rajput is a global supply chain and logistics executive with more than 25 years of experience across multiple verticals and modes of transportation. His career began across freight forwarding, courier services, fashion retail, and cargo aviation, before progressing into senior leadership roles at GE.

At GE, Adnan led regional logistics and procurement organizations, managing teams and complex supply chains globally across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewables, and Services. He later joined Bechtel, where he held regional logistics leadership responsibilities supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure programs.

In 2026, Adnan transitioned from logistics executive to technology entrepreneur as CEO of Logicsols, applying decades of frontline industry and leadership experience to the development of AI-powered logistics technology.

Logicsols delivers the next generation of intelligent logistics operations for shippers, freight forwarders, breakbulk ship brokers and 4PLs. AI-ready supply chains: Data maturity, cybersecurity and scenario planning in project logistics

AI can only support project logistics when the underlying information is reliable, shared and usable. This session asks what cargo owners, EPCs, carriers and forwarders need to put in place before AI can add value in live project execution, including trusted data, clear ownership, cybersecurity and human accountability.

The discussion will the test these requirements against realistic project logistics disruptions, examining how AI-supported planning could help teams respond when a vessel is delayed, a port becomes unavailable, documentation breaks down or systems are compromised.

Through a moderated scenario planning exercise, panellists and delegates will be asked to consider what information is needed to make better decisions, where AI can improve visibility and planning, and where expert judgement, safety oversight and accountability remain essential.
