Katie Silver is a multi-platform business correspondent and presenter, working across the Asia Pacific. She spent the last decade at the BBC in Singapore and London as a correspondent and anchor, specializing in science and business news. She has also been NPR's correspondent in Mexico, where she reported for Deutsche Welle, CBC and the BBC. Before this, she was based in New York with CNN and Indonesia on a government scholarship.
She studied psychology, international business and Spanish at the University of Sydney.
