Tomoko Kamiya is the Founder and CEO of Logipeace, an AI-native logistics operator based in Singapore. Its Shipeace platform uses AI to automate the manual office work of freight forwarders and logistics companies, from emails and bills of lading to cargo tracking and warehouse operations, and works alongside existing systems such as CargoWise.

Tomoko graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in Economics. Of Taiwanese heritage, she has been interested in logistics since childhood, inspired by her grandmother, who ran a trading business. Drawn to work that connects the world, she began her career at Dentsu Inc. in marketing and web-related production, then served as Head of Digital Development at a startup, gaining hands-on experience in running a venture. She relocated to Singapore with her family in 2018 and founded Logipeace in March 2022. In 2023, she became the first Japanese finalist in the PIER71 accelerator programme, supported by Singapore government-linked organisations. Logipeace is backed by Japanese venture capital investors, holds a Japanese patent, and works with a team spread across Singapore, Japan and Vietnam. Tomoko is also a mother of two.
