On behalf of Breakbulk Middle East, I would like to thank you for choosing to exhibit with us this year. We are delighted to welcome you back and wish you every success throughout the show.

As we celebrate 10 years of Breakbulk Middle East, we are proud to host the region’s largest annual gathering for project cargo, breakbulk, and heavy-lift logistics. Your continued partnership has helped shape this event into the central meeting place for the Middle Eastern breakbulk community.

A dedicated member of our team has been assigned to support you throughout the event and will visit your stand to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth and productive experience. Visitor registration has exceeded expectations, reinforcing Breakbulk Middle East as the essential platform for networking, learning and doing business.

We are already preparing for the 2027 edition, which returns to the Dubai World Trade Centre on 2–3 February 2027.

Due to strong demand, the floor plan has been expanded to include Halls 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, with new interactive features designed to enhance networking, content delivery and exhibitor engagement across the full show experience.

Rebooking for 2027 is now open!

Recent exhibition industry research indicates that the more preparation time that goes into participation at a trade show, the more value you will get from it. With the objective of giving our clients the maximum preparation time for next year, you are now able to secure your space for 2027.

Why reserve your stand so early?

In addition to a better experience and increased return on investment, there are three main benefits of booking your stand now:

1. Priority Stand Location: You have been allocated your current stand location for 2027. Booking now ensures you retain this position or gain priority access to request a new preferred location. Stand requests will be reviewed over the next four weeks on a first-come, first-served basis, using contract signature time and date. Please refer to the rebooking process document in your folder.
2. Onsite Rebooking Price: Those who book before 5:00 pm on 5 February will receive the onsite booking rate, only passing on base inflationary increases. After that date, prices will increase. The earlier you book your stand, the lower the price you pay.
3. No obligation cooling-off period: We understand you may wish to assess your 2026 event results. If you rebook now, you may cancel any time until 5 March 2026 with no obligation and no penalty.

More than 250 sqm of space for 2027 has already been secured by exhibitors preparing early and locking in preferred locations - we encourage you to join them and reserve your stand.

• Book your stand with your onsite rebooking manager (who will be visiting you at your stand).
