VENUE DIRECTIONS

Exhibitor Badges (Show Days)

It is mandatory to wear badges to access the exhibition halls on show days. Badges can be printed onsite from Tuesday 17 November 2026.

A unique exhibitor registration link will be sent from Visit by GES via [email protected]. There is no cost to attend the event. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive the email.

For security and health and safety reasons it is imperative exhibitor badges are only allocated and worn by the staff that are working on your booth. Badges should not be given to anyone else including visitors.

During build-up and breakdown, coloured wristbands will be provided to contractors by security persons after booth details are confirmed. Contractors and booth builders do not need to register for a badge if not attending on show days.

Lead Retrieval App

Visit Connect is the official lead retrieval tool for Breakbulk Asia 2026. It allows exhibitors to scan and capture visitor details directly from their smart device, enabling quick and efficient follow‑up after the event.

Lead Capture Licences are available for either single‑device use or unlimited devices for the duration of the event. You can purchase the Lead Capture Licence option that suits your booth via the Visit Connect Webshop.
