Business services are available through Marina Bay Sands Business Centre located on Level 3 of the Convention Centre.

Car Parking

There is no carpark reservation for exhibitors. All parking lots availability are based on first-come-first-served.

Licensees, guests and visitors to the Centre may use the public car parking at Marina Bay Sands on a first‐come‐first‐serve basis at the prevailing car parking rates and according to the official operating hours (car park is 24/7). Please note that clearance height at the Public Car Park is 2.0 meters.

Catering

Marina Bay Sands is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage services within the venue.

External food and beverage suppliers are not permitted to provide catering services without prior written approval from Marina Bay Sands.

Food safety regulations are strictly enforced, and all food service activities must comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements.

Exhibitors wishing to provide hospitality on their booth, can order from Marina Bay Sands Webshop.

General cleaning, waste management and recycling services are exclusive services provided by Marina Bay Sands.

Exhibitors are responsible for:

• Maintaining their booth in a clean condition

• Removing waste generated during build-up and breakdown

• Ensuring all packing materials are removed from exhibition areas

The following items may not be stored in the halls:

• Empty crates

• Pallets

• Packaging materials

• Timber storage containers

Charges will be applied for waste or materials left onsite after the contracted tenancy period.

Cloakroom Facilities

There are no cloakroom facilities at Marina Bay Sands.
